1. Introduction.

1.1 PAMS Lunchroom LLC ("PayPAMS" or "we" or "our") is the owner of the PayPAMS™ mobile application (the "Application"). The Application allows users to login to view existing account information and to make payments. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "your child and/or children" shall mean any child and/or children for whom you are the parent, legal custodian and/or guardian in the event that you are not the parent. "Child" shall be defined as anyone under the age of 18 or the age of majority if older than 18 in the territory in which you reside.

1.2 PayPAMS respects the privacy rights of its online visitors. The following policy is a description of the type and management of information PayPAMS may collect from you or that you may provide when you access the Application and PayPAMS' practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, disclosing and disposing of that information:

  • PayPAMS offline or through any other means, including any other website operated by PayPAMS or any third party; or

  • Any third party, including through any application or content that may link to, or be accessible from, this Site.

You should also review the Privacy Policy of your School that made this Application and PayPAMS' services available to you.

By accessing this Application, you expressly consent to and agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, including the use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with PayPAMS' policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Application.

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT. PayPAMS MAY CHANGE THIS POLICY FROM TIME TO TIME. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE APPLICATION IMMEDIATELY AFTER WE INITIALLY POST A REVISED PRIVACY POLICY IS DEEMED TO BE ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE CHANGES, SO PLEASE CHECK THIS PRIVACY POLICY EVERY TIME YOU ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION.

THIS APPLICATION IS ONLY INTENDED FOR USE BY RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (THE "U.S."). BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING OR USING THE APPLICATION YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT: I) YOU ARE A U.S. RESIDENT; II) YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD OR YOU ARE THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR TERRITORY OF RESIDENCE IF THAT AGE IS HIGHER THAN EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD; (III) YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PRIVACY POLICY; AND (IV) YOU ARE THE CUSTODIAL PARENT, LEGAL GUARDIAN OR LEGAL CUSTODIAN FOR THE CHILD FOR WHOM YOU ARE USING AND/OR ACCESSING THIS APPLICATION

2. Children under the Age of 18.

The PayPAMS™ mobile app will never knowingly request personally identifiable information or private content from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe that that we have collected any information from an individual under the age of 18, please contact us at info@PayPAMS.com. While we endeavor to keep this information secure, we cannot guarantee security and by using this Application, you are choosing to make information about your children available.

3. Accessing the Application.

The Application may only be accessed by downloading it from the Apple App Store or Google Play platforms. ACCORDINGLY, YOU SHOULD REVIEW, READ AND ACCEPT APPLE'S AND/OR GOOGLE'S PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY POLICIES AND PRACTICES AND/OR TERMS OF USE OF APPLE OR GOOGLE, NOR DO WE MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THEIR RESPECTIVE PRIVACY PRACTICES OR POLICIES OR TERMS OF USE, AND YOU SHOULD REVIEW, READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND POLICIES WHEN YOU ARE USING OUR APPLICATION.

4. Glossary of Terms Used

"Affiliate" means a company owned and/or controlled by PayPAMS.

"Business Partners" means, collectively, third parties with whom we conduct business. Business Partners include your school and/or school district, our website host company, and other third parties that support the operation of our Site and our Applications.

"Cookie" means a small amount of information that a web server sends to your browser that stores information about your account, your preferences, and your use of the Services. Some cookies are temporary, whereas others may be configured to last longer. "Session Cookies" are temporary cookies used for various reasons, such as to manage page views. Your browser usually erases session cookies once you exit your browser. "Persistent Cookies" are more permanent cookies that are stored on your computers or mobile devices even beyond when you exit your browser.

"Customer" or "School" means a school, school district, or organization of schools or school districts for which PayPAMS provides the Services.

"Personal Information" means information about you that specifically identifies you or, when combined with other information we have, can be used to identify you. This includes the following types of information: (1) contact information, including your name, postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, or other addresses at which you are able to receive communications; (2) financial information, including information collected from you as needed to process payments and to administer your participation in the Services. We collect such information as your account or payment, credit or debit card number, expiration date, and card verification number, ACH (bank withdrawal information), if applicable, including bank name, account number and routing number; and (3) demographic information related to billing. For certain Schools, you as the parent or guardian of a student may also provide the student's (1) first and last names, (2) student identification number (3) school attending and (4) grade. If you are applying for free and reduced meal benefits, the information required for such application and program will be collected, too. This information may include, without limitation, foster status, household members information, last four digits of the applicant's social security number, and such other information required by the program from which you are seeking the information.

"Services" means the payment terminals, websites, mobile applications, or online services owned or operated by PayPAMS and its Affiliates linked to this Privacy Policy.

5. How We Collect Information.

We collect information from and about users of our Application that is relevant for the purposes for which it is to be used, to the extent reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We collect information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us. It being understood that the only information you directly provide to us through the Application is payment information when you use the Application for this purpose.

  • When using the PayPAMS.com website

  • Automatically when you use the Application.

  • From your School, but not through this application.

6. Information Being Collected

When you use our Services, we will collect Personal Information needed to facilitate payment processing. Any other information you provide to us is through our websites, and not through this Application. Please note that PayPAMS may automatically collect the following information about each visit to the Application:

A. Application Users

  • Details of your visits to the Application, which may include the date and time the Application is accessed, and the pages that are visited.
  • The number of times you access the Application
B. Automatic Collection of Non-Personal Information.

When you install, download, access or use the Application, we may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Usage Details. When you access and use the Application, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Application, including performance data.

  • Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number. NOTE: Some jurisdictions classify this information as "Personal Information".

IF YOU DO NOT WANT US TO COLLECT THIS INFORMATION DO NOT INSTALL, DOWNLOAD, ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION OR DELETE IT FROM YOUR DEVICE.

Information Collection Technologies.

When you download, access, and use the Application, it may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Usage Details. When you access and use the Application, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Application, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Application.

  • Stored Information and Files. The Application also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device.

  • Location Information. This Application may collect real-time information about the location of your device.

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may also include third party metrics and analytics tools. We may use the third party metrics and analytics tools that track, collect and analyze non-personal information about you and/or your mobile device in connection with the Application. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE THIRD-PARTY METRICS AND ANALYTICS COMPANIES UTILIZED BY US MAY COMBINE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WITH OTHER INFORMATION SUCH COMPANIES HAVE INDEPENDENTLY COLLECTED FROM OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RELATING TO YOUR ACTIVITIES. THESE COMPANIES COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION UNDER THEIR OWN TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICIES WHICH PayPAMS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WHICH YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY REVIEW.

PayPAMS may also use "browser Cookies" through the Application, which are small files that are stored by your web browser and on your device. You may refuse to accept browser Cookies by activating the appropriate settings on the device.

The information PayPAMS collects on or through the Application may also include information that you voluntarily submit to PayPAMS, which may include:

  • While not available through the Application, and only available through the website, if you use the "online chat" feature to contact a PayPAMS representative, you will be prompted to provide your contact information and details of your inquiry for a PayPAMS representative to respond to your inquiry. This feature is provided through a third party service provider. If you instead wish to contact PayPAMS directly, you may do so by direct email or telephone as follows: info@PayPAMS.com or by phone 877-726-7586.

C. Customers (Schools): Separately, and not through the Application, we receive information from your School:

  • Account information: What we receive from participating Schools may include, without limitation, pupil records of students and parents of students enrolled in the subject School or district, such as directory information, email addresses, student IDs, meal account IDs, grade, school, account credentials, courses students are enrolled in, health information kept in student records, meal account benefits eligibility information

  • We also collect employee account information including user names, email addresses and titles to initially set up products and services for the School.

  • Depending on the School's needs as a customer, the School may also provide to us financial information regarding students and parents of students in order for us to provide services.

THE SCHOOL IS SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING ALL NECESSARY CONSENTS FROM PARENTS, LEGAL GUARDIANS AND CUSTODIANS TO PROVIDE SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION REGARDING ITS STUDENTS AND HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS.

PARENTS, CUSTODIANS AND LEGAL GUARDIANS WHO DO NOT WISH THEIR SCHOOLS TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO US FOR THE SERVICES ARE DIRECTED TO SO INSTRUCT THEIR SCHOOLS.

D. Parents and Students

As noted above, your School decides how your Personal Information is used and disclosed to us by the School. PayPAMS provides products and services to end-users of a School (our customers) as a "data processor." The main responsibility of what is known as a "data controller" lies with the School. This also means that the School's own privacy statement governs the use of your and your student's personal information.

PayPAMS' customers determine what information we collect through the PayPAMS products and services and how it is used, and we process that information according to our customer's instructions and the terms of our contract with our customer.

This section of our Privacy Statement is provided for informational purposes and describes how parent and student Personal Information is used when PayPAMS products and services are provided through a School. How that information is used depends on the School, so please consult your School's privacy statement.

  • Information We Collect:

  • Personal Information provided to us by a School. The PayPAMS products and services integrate with our School's systems. The specific information that is collected from the School depends upon the PayPAMS product or service, but in general, this information includes but is not limited to: name, age, email address, student ID, account credentials, student records, certain health information kept in student records, courses a student is enrolled in when we initially set up the products, fees owed by students, meal account benefits eligibility information, and additional records as requested by the School. Depending on the School's request, we may also collect financial information of students and parents and/or legal guardians of students as is made available to us in order to provide services. PayPAMS will receive regular updated information to keep account information accurate and up to date.

  • While other information is not collected by us from you through the Application, separately and through your account created through our website, you may provide to us Personal Information about you or your students. Specifically, depending on the PayPAMS products and services your School uses, we may collect the following data categories directly from you: name, date of birth, grade, email address, student ID, meal account ID, account credentials, student records, certain health records, courses a student is enrolled in when we initially set up the products and services for your School, and additional records as requested by the School. Depending on the School's request, we may also collect financial information of students, parents of students, and household information in order to provide services. PayPAMS will receive regular updated information. Please note, however, that updates may take 1 to 3 business days to be reflected in your account.

  • Personal Information collected indirectly from a parent or legal guardian: We collect device and usage information when you access and use PayPAMS products and services, including information that your browser or the mobile app sends when you are using it. This data may include your unique device identifier, device information, IP address, your browser type and configuration, the date and time of your use of the product or service, and Cookie data.

  • The Application as well as third party metrics and analytics tools listed herein may utilize:

  • Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your mobile device. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access or use certain parts of our Application.

  • IF YOU DO NOT WANT US TO COLLECT THIS INFORMATION DO NOT INSTALL, DOWNLOAD, ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION OR DELETE IT FROM YOUR DEVICE.

E. Third-party Information Collection.

When you use the Application or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

  • Your mobile device manufacturer.

  • Your mobile device service provider.

These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about our Application users. The information they collect may be associated with the Personal Information that you provide or they may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, applications and other online services websites. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

7. How We Use Your Information.

This section of our Privacy Statement is provided for informational purposes and describes how parent and student Personal Information is used when PayPAMS products and services are provided through a School. How that information is used depends on the School, so please consult your School's privacy statement.

  • How We Use This Information

    • On behalf of your School. We use your information on behalf of and under the direction and control of your School, which is the data controller. We use the information in accordance with our agreement with your School to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the PayPAMS products and services. Your School district determines how the Personal Information is used, whether for payment of services, applications for meal programs or otherwise.

  • How We Share This Information

  • We share student information in accordance with our agreement with your (or your child's) School. Generally, this includes the sharing of such information inside and outside PayPAMS under certain terms. Student information will be accessed inside PayPAMS only by those have a need to know to provide the PayPAMS products and services and improve them. For example, our technical and client support teams may have access to personal information when the PayPAMS products and services are implemented for your School or when software or other changes are required for support and maintenance purposes.

    We also share your information with our service providers who facilitate the delivery of the Application and the Services.

    Your School may share your Personal Information with third parties that process, approve and administer meal subsidy programs.

    We share your Personal Information relating to payments and payment processing with our third-party processors. These third-party processors all maintain security standards and processes consistent with the applicable Industry Data Security Standards.

    Use of Information

    PayPAMS may use information that PayPAMS collects or that you provide to PayPAMS, including personal information:

  • To present this Application and its contents to you;

  • Facilitate transactions you or your School initiate(s), request(s) or direct(s)request through the Services;

  • Answer your questions and respond to your requests;

  • Communicate and provide additional information that may be of interest to you concerning your chosen Services.

  • Send you reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages, service bulletins, and requested information.

  • Manage our everyday business needs, such as administration of our Services, analytics, fraud prevention, and enforcement of our corporate reporting obligations and Terms of Use (available at https://PayPAMS.com/TermsOfUse), or to comply with applicable state and/or federal law;

  • To gather aggregate statistics regarding users accessing the Application and which pages are being visited;

  • To help PayPAMS improve the Application and make it more useful to PayPAMS' users;

  • To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it;

  • In any other way that PayPAMS may describe to you when you provide the information; and

  • For any other purpose with your consent.

  • Disclosure of Information

    PayPAMS may disclose aggregate information about its users which does not identify any specific individual without restriction.

    PayPAMS may disclose Personal Information that it collects or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:

  • To PayPAMS' subsidiaries and affiliates and other applications, websites operated by PayPAMS, its Affiliates and their support departments;

  • To your School and to third party administrators of school meal subsidy programs as your School, or such program administrator directs;

  • To contractors, service providers and other third parties PayPAMS uses to support its business, as described herein above (for example, to provide the "online chat and email tickets" feature, and for processing of payments;

  • To fulfill the purpose for which you or your School provide it;

  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of PayPAMS' assets, whether as a going concern or as a part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by PayPAMS about its Application users is among the assets transferred;

  • To comply with any court order or other verified request by law enforcement or other government official;

  • To enforce or apply this Application's terms of use and/or the End User License Agreement, or the Terms of Use for the Site (available at https://PayPAMS.com/TermsOfUse) and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes;

  • If PayPAMS believes disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of PayPAMS, PayPAMS' customers, you, or any other user of the Application in connection with an investigation of fraud, theft, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity;

  • For any other purpose disclosed by PayPAMS when you provide the information; or

  • With your consent.

8. United States Federal and State Education Privacy Laws

PayPAMS, in its role as a vendor to Schools, educational agencies and institutions, both public and private entities ("Educational Agencies"), receives disclosures from the Educational Agencies, which include the Personal Information and other data ("Student Data") contained in student records as well as directly from parents of students. Only information that is needed for PayPAMS to perform services, which are outsourced to PayPAMS by the Educational Agencies, is disclosed to PayPAMS. These disclosures are authorized by the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). PayPAMS considers Student Data to be strictly confidential and does not use Student Data for any purpose other than improving and providing our products and services to the Educational Agencies or on the Educational Agencies' behalf. Our collection, use, and sharing of Student Data is governed by our contracts with the Educational Agencies, the provisions of FERPA, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and other applicable state and federal laws and regulations that relate to the collection and use of personal information of students. If you have questions about reviewing, modifying, or deleting personal information of a student, please contact the relevant Educational Agency(ies) directly.

9. Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits users of this Application that are California residents to request certain information regarding:

  • The information we collect about you

  • The sources from which we gather this information

  • To have your information removed (subject to your agreements with your School and/or Education Agencies)

  • To make such a request, please call us, toll free, at 877-726-7586, send an e-mail to info@PayPAMS.com or write to: PAMS Lunchroom LLC, 560 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632. Before complying with any such request, we will need to verify your identity.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES FOR THEIR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES. We do share your information with your School and other Educational Agencies.

This Application is not intended for children under the age of 18. Nevertheless, if you are a California resident under the age of 18, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted. To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to info@PayPAMS.com, call toll free at 877-726-7586, or write to: PAMS Lunchroom LLC, 560 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632. Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested. Before complying with any such request, we will need to verify your identity. Further, if your information was provided by your parent or legal guardian, we may verify the request with such parent or legal guardian to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10. Third Party Links

Through this Application, you can link to various third party applications and sites. When linking to a third party site, please review the terms of use and privacy policies posted on each application or site before providing any information about yourself to those applications and/or sites. You proceed to those external applications and/or sites at your own risk. PayPAMS does not endorse or control the information on those other applications or sites, nor does PayPAMS control the information gathered or used on those applications or sites.

11. Protecting Information

PayPAMS has implemented measures intended to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. If you have been given a password for access to certain parts of this Application, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SAME PASSWORD FOR MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS, APPLICATIONS OR WEBSITES, AND PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANY THIRD PARTY.

Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet, mobile platforms, or method of electronic storage, is completely secure. As such, PayPAMS cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to the Application. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayPAMS is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Application.

12. Correcting Information

You may update or change information relating to your use of this Application by calling us on our toll free number at 877-726-7586, or by sending an e-mail to info@PayPAMS.com. PayPAMS may not accommodate a request to change information if PayPAMS believes the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Before complying with any such request, we will need to verify your identity.

  • You can also review and change the Personal Information you provide by logging into the PayPAMS website and visiting your account profile page.

  • PLEASE NOTE: We cannot delete Personal Information on the Application except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

  • Note, that if you delete information and data that you provided in the Application, copies of such information and data may remain viewable in cached and archived pages.

13. NOT INTENDED FOR USE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APPLICATION ON YOUR DEVICE IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES.

PayPAMS's Application and services are hosted and are strictly meant to be used within the United States. We are not marketing this Application to persons outside the United States, nor do we want to receive ANY information about any person outside the United States. If you are accessing the Application from outside of the United States, you are transferring personal data into the United States at your own risk when you use our services.


14. Changes to Our Privacy Policy.

  • We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes to how we treat Personal Information, we will post the new Privacy Policy after we make the change.

  • The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes each time you access or use the Application.

  • Your access or use of the Application after the posting of such changes shall constitute acceptance of those changes. Therefore, each time you access this Application, you should consult this policy to view any changes

15. We Retain Personal Information.

We retain your information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

  • The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you or your School and provide the Services to you or your School (for example, for as long as you have an account with us or keep using the Services);

  • The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you as a user of the PayPAMS services and/or as long as we have a contract with your School.

  • Whether there is a legal or regulatory obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions or communications for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or

  • Whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).

For this reason, if you wish for us to delete any Personal Information that you have provided through the Application or the PayPAMS website, you should be sure to follow the Opt-Out and Termination procedures set forth below.

16. Opt-Out; Termination

At any time if you no longer wish to use the Application and services offered thereunder, you should remove our Application from your mobile and/or other device. If an Application user wishes to have us delete or destroy any Personal Information that he or she sends to us, please call us at 877-726-7586, or e-mail to info@PayPAMS.com or write to us at PAMS Lunchroom LLC, 560 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632. If an Application user makes this election, all the user's data will be removed from our servers permanently.

17. Governing Law; Jurisdiction and Waiver of Jury Trial

By accessing the Application, you agree that all disputes and claims with respect to privacy are subject to this Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement of the Application. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the privacy of an Application user's information, including without limitation tort claims, shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the United States federal laws with respect to intellectual property rights, and with respect to all other claims, with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any such dispute shall be adjudicated in the federal and state courts in New Jersey, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any and all rights to claim inconvenient forum or immunity. YOU AND WE EXPRESSLY AGREE HEREBY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

18. General

This Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement for the Application constitute the entire agreement between you and PayPAMS regarding the Application, the use of the Application and the Application content. This Privacy Policy is binding upon the Application user and his/her heirs, legal representatives and assigns. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. PayPAMS failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Headings are for convenience only and should not be given any interpretative effect.
