If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser:

When using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 please use the following instructions to delete your cookies:
1. Open your Internet Explorer window.
2. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog box will open.
3. Under General, click on the Delete Cookies tab.
4. Select OK.
5. Under General, click on the Delete Files tab.
6. Select OK.
7. Close all web browsers
8. Go to www.PayPAMS.com

If you are using Netscape as your browser:

1. Select Edit then Preferences (Netscape 3.0 users, select Options then Network Preferences)
2. Netscape 4.x users only: click on the Advanced tab, then click on Cache
3. Click on Clear Memory Cache, and hit OK. Click on Clear Disk Cache, and click on Continue
4. Click on OK
5. Click your Start button, then click Find, then click Files or folders.
6. In the box after Named, type Cookies.
7. When the list of files appears in the bottom, look for the file named 'cookies.txt'. Click that file once. This should highlight the cookies.txt file.
8. Next, click File, then Delete.
9. Click Yes when asked if you are sure you wish to delete the file.
10. When the file is gone, close the Find window.
